Lactobacillus plantarunm PP12

　　Lactobacillus plantarunm PP12是从传统发酵乳中分离的112株植物乳杆菌中筛选出的具有较强耐酸、耐胆盐、抗菌活性等优良特性的乳杆菌。该菌株分离自内蒙古巴彦淖尔市乌拉特中旗牧民家庭手工制作的酸牛奶样品。
　　研究表明， Lactobacillus plantarunm PP12 是一株性能优良的益生菌菌株，Lactobacillus plantarunm PP12具有较强抗人工胃液消化能力，在pH值为2.5和pH值为2.0的人工胃液中持续消化3 h后有大量活菌存活，人工胃液消化后进入人工肠液消化24 h后，仍保持较高数量的活菌。Lactobacillus plantarunm PP12对胆盐具有极强的耐受性，能够耐受介质中胆盐的最大浓度为1.6 g/ 100 mL。 Lactobacillus plantarunm PP12的体外抗菌活性较强。      
　　Lactobacillus plantarunm PP12基因组由1条染色体和6个质粒组成。基因组学分析表明，Lactobacillus plantarunm PP12基因组中编码26个完整的磷酸转移酶系统，并含有丰富的糖、蛋白代谢相关基因。
